About this program

A supplier development and mentor-protégé program that provides developmental assistance to small businesses and minority-serving institutions to help them build capabilities and compete for NASA contracts and subcontracts.

Who can apply

Mentors and protégés must locate their own counterpart. Proposals are evaluated based on perceived benefit to NASA, merit of developmental assistance to the protégé, developmental assistance cost ratio, potential subcontracting opportunities, use of HBCU/MSI/PTAC/SBDC resources, and proposed cost.
