About this program
A Voqal Partners project offering subsidized unlimited-data wireless Internet service (on the T‑Mobile network) to schools, libraries, nonprofits and social service agencies. Organizations pay a reduced flat rate for service, increasing connectivity for community-serving institutions.
Who can apply
U.S.-based non-governmental institutions (typically 501(c)(3) schools, libraries, community nonprofits, social welfare agencies) with T‑Mobile network coverage at key locations and the ability to provide IRS determination/tax-exemption documentation where applicable.
