Friends of the Salt Lake City Public Library provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
The Friends provide in-kind book support to Little Free Libraries: Starter Kits (~30–40 books + bookmarks/stickers) and Booster Packs (~20–30 books + bookmarks/stickers). Each month the Friends select a couple of Little Free Libraries to receive a free box of books. Applicants submit an online form to be considered for sponsorship.
Who can apply
Little Free Libraries (stewards) may apply for sponsorship; applicants are selected monthly. No explicit written nonprofit-only restriction stated—both stewards and community groups are supported.
