About this program
Provides books, periodicals, and literacy resources to schools, libraries, and organizations administering literacy programs to disadvantaged children and adolescents. Applicants must be governmental agencies or 501(c)(3) organizations serving high-poverty populations.
Who can apply
Governmental agency or 501(c)(3) located in the U.S. or territories; must serve at least 50% of children living at or below the national poverty rate.
