About this program

A 14-month applied leadership network for multidisciplinary teams working to improve outcomes for young people involved in or at risk of entering the juvenile justice system. The program provides in-person seminars, coaching, practice calls, and site visits, with a results-focused action plan.

Who can apply

Teams should include juvenile justice system leaders, community leaders, individuals affected by the justice system, and others working to improve outcomes for young people at risk of or already involved in the legal system. Teams may apply regardless of connection to JDAI or probation transformation site work.
