About this program
Provides international medical aid by distributing donated medical supplies and equipment to recognized nonprofit organizations serving poor communities in developing countries. Recipients work with MedWish MedWorks to build a customized request list and arrange shipment and customs.
Who can apply
Must be a recognized nonprofit organization using supplies for international relief/health care to serve the poor in developing countries; must not use donated surplus for sale or profit; must have both a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) contact and a contact in the destination country; must be able to pay processing and handling fees; must actively organize shipping and customs; must provide timely, detailed feedback after shipment; must serve all people regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs.
