Provides oral health supplies and educational materials, such as toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste, and oral health brochures, to Illinois organizations that primarily serve children and/or Illinois organizations.
Who can apply
Applicants must be an Illinois organization that primarily serves children and/or an Illinois organization; eligible groups include FQHCs, schools, and other nonprofit organizations. Organizations may receive in-kind donations once each calendar year.
