Group Application (Free TVs, Radios and Tablets for Organisations)
This is not a grant
Wavelength Charity Limited provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
WaveLength provides in-kind technology (radios, small TVs, communal TVs, tablets and occasional SIMs/connectivity partnerships) free of charge to community organisations, hostels, refuges, day centres and other groups working with lonely, isolated and vulnerable people. Organisations complete a Group Application form describing the scheme, quantities required and impact measurement plans. WaveLength encourages ongoing relationships and requests impact measurement feedback from beneficiaries.
Who can apply
Organisations must support people who are lonely and isolated. Group types listed on application form include Not for Profit, Public Sector, Registered Charity and Other Charitable. Applications must include delivery address, details of scheme, equipment and quantity requested, and evidence/documentation as requested on form. WaveLength encourages groups across Cambridgeshire and the South West, and groups across the UK supporting lonely older people.
