About this program
A signature CSH initiative in partnership with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA). The Institute is an interactive series that builds capacity of development teams (developers, homeless service and healthcare providers, property managers, sponsors) to design and plan supportive housing projects, producing an individualized plan for project design, operations and potential funding.
Who can apply
Open to development teams including housing developers/owners, homeless service and healthcare providers, property managers and other sponsors. Focus on teams that will develop supportive housing to serve high-needs populations.
