About this program

A Library Foundation campaign to purchase and distribute quality children’s, juvenile, and young adult books for youth across Hillsboro. Activities include stocking Tiny Branches, creating cache collections for shelters and other community sites, free book giveaways at outreach events, Storytime Enhancement (monthly free books at selected library storytimes), and Manga & Graphic Novel Kits for young adult readers.

Who can apply

Not a traditional grant program. Funds are raised and used by the Foundation for projects serving Hillsboro youth. Eligibility for receiving free books is determined by Foundation/Library outreach programs and participating library/storytime locations.
