Rising to the Fly provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.

About this program

Provides donated and lightly used fly-fishing gear, clothing and basic equipment to individuals (women) with socioeconomic need so they can get started fly fishing. Donations are matched/fulfilled based on inventory and partnerships with women-focused fly-fishing nonprofits.

Who can apply

Individuals who identify as women and have socioeconomic need; applicants who can afford equipment are asked not to apply. Currently only operating in the US and Canada.
