About this program
Program for donations of food and product from agriculture, manufacturers, retailers and restaurants (includes MealConnect for some donations). Provides intake pathways and a Food Industry Donation Form for companies to offer product donations.
Who can apply
Food industry organizations (retailers, restaurants, manufacturers, agribusiness) wishing to donate product. Donors advised to consult tax advisors for deductions; Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Act protections referenced.
