Food Forward provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
Food Forward recovers and donates fresh surplus fruits and vegetables to hunger relief partner agencies. Agencies can receive in-kind produce allocations to distribute to people experiencing food insecurity. Food Forward works with hundreds of agency partners across multiple California counties and neighboring states.
Who can apply
Hunger relief agencies and nonprofit partners serving people experiencing food insecurity (agencies are asked to visit the agency page for details).
