About this program
Low-cost fiscal sponsorship service that allows independent media-makers to align with a nonprofit partner to solicit tax-deductible donations and apply for grants. FCSF provides administrative oversight, progress monitoring, fund compliance, access to funding databases, proposal feedback, workshops, and discounted services.
Who can apply
Project must align with FCSF mission to create media engaging audiences on social, cultural, and environmental issues for public benefit. Applicant must be an active Filmmakers Collaborative SF member to apply and maintain sponsorship. Filmmaker retains creative control and is responsible for project development, fundraising, and financial administration.
