About this program

Assists faith-owned parcels (owned before Jan 1, 2024) to convert church land into 100% affordable housing using the SB4 by-right path. SERVE handles parcel eligibility, concept/feasibility, site renderings, financing/ground lease/JV options, administrative submittal, delivery and long-term stewardship. Provides a free eligibility check by submitting property address.
