About this program
Transforms vacant storefronts into vibrant hubs for creatives, small businesses, artists and community events by providing affordable, accessible, short-term space opportunities and other resources through the Downtown Austin Alliance Foundation.
Who can apply
Open to applicants seeking to activate downtown space; selected applicants are matched with donated space and resources. Property owners with empty or underused space may also participate by donating space.
