About this program
Donated insulin for children (age 18 and under) attending accredited diabetes camps in the U.S. or U.S. territories. Sanofi Cares North America donates product (insulin) to eligible camps (501(c)(3) or sponsored by a 501(c)(3)) and manages requests via an online application. Applications accepted for specified camp sessions; shipments are scheduled and a healthcare professional licensed in the state of the camp must sign required Drug Donation Request Form(s).
Who can apply
Camp must have 501(c)(3) status or be sponsored by a 501(c)(3); serve children aged 18 and under; Healthcare Professional in charge must be licensed in the state where the camp takes place for the duration of the camp; only one application accepted per camp (up to three sessions per camp).
