About this program
A fiscal sponsorship and community partnership program for neighborhood associations, volunteer-led community groups, and nonprofits to improve a park, recreation facility, trail, or program in partnership with Greensboro Parks Foundation and Greensboro Parks & Recreation. The Foundation provides donation processing, financial reporting, grant review and administration assistance, project guidance, and promotional support while the partner leads fundraising and implementation.
Who can apply
Applicants must be a neighborhood association, volunteer-led community group, or nonprofit aligned with the mission. Projects must be located on City of Greensboro park, recreation, or open space property. Community Impact Partners must lead their own fundraising efforts and be prepared to collaborate with Greensboro Parks Foundation and City staff.
