Bundesweites Patenschafts- und Förderprogramm, das Kindern und Jugendlichen mit unterschiedlichen Teilhabechancen gemeinsame Aktivitäten, Begegnung, Lernen und Integration ermöglicht. Die Stiftung Bildung unterstützt die Umsetzung von Pat*innenschaften vor Ort mit regionalen Teams und Beratung.
Who can apply
Vorhaben an Schulen, Kitas und deren Fördervereinen; insbesondere Pat*innenschaftstandems zwischen Kindern und Jugendlichen mit und ohne benachteiligende Umstände. Das Programm richtet sich an engagierte Kinder, Jugendliche, Erwachsene und Familien an und rund um Bildungsstandorte.
