Food Group Minnesota Inc the provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
The Food Group accepts bulk donations of perishable and non-perishable nutritious foods (including refrigerated and frozen goods) from commercial food processors, distributors, and retailers and distributes those products at no charge to partner food shelves and agencies. The Food Group can sometimes pick up or pay freight to move donated product to their warehouse.
Who can apply
Organizations must be partner food shelves or hunger-relief agencies that receive product distributions from The Food Group (see agency partnership information).
