ASUCLA In-Kind Donation Program
This is not a grant
Associated Students Ucla provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
ASUCLA considers requests for in-kind donations from UCLA student groups, university departments programming student-related events, and K-12 schools and groups. Support may include food, non-alcoholic beverages, merchandise, UCLA information packets, and pennants. The policy also allows limited promotional support for fundraising drives on a case-by-case basis.
Who can apply
Eligible applicants include UCLA student groups and university departments where students are the majority of attendees, plus K-12 schools and groups. Priority is given to groups that cannot secure other campus funding, are focused on student educational development, have not previously received ASUCLA donations, and are supporting a non-annual student-related event. K-12 schools and groups receive only UCLA information packets and pennants. Requests benefiting grades 9-12 are not fulfilled due to NCAA regulations.
