About this program

ASUCLA considers requests for in-kind donations from UCLA student groups, university departments programming student-related events, and K-12 schools and groups. Support may include food, non-alcoholic beverages, merchandise, UCLA information packets, and pennants. The policy also allows limited promotional support for fundraising drives on a case-by-case basis.

Who can apply

Eligible applicants include UCLA student groups and university departments where students are the majority of attendees, plus K-12 schools and groups. Priority is given to groups that cannot secure other campus funding, are focused on student educational development, have not previously received ASUCLA donations, and are supporting a non-annual student-related event. K-12 schools and groups receive only UCLA information packets and pennants. Requests benefiting grades 9-12 are not fulfilled due to NCAA regulations.
