Bereitstellung von Kulturraum durch Vermietung der Räumlichkeiten der Alten Fabrik für kulturelle Organisationen: Theater‑ und Tanzaufführungen, Konzerte, Lesungen und ähnliche Veranstaltungen. Die Stiftung fördert damit regionales Kulturleben durch Bereitstellung von Raum und Infrastruktur.
